Situated in the heart of Samedan in a 17th century historic Engadin House, our family-run hotel restaurant offers a range of fine dishes from grill specialties to our signature homemade ravioli and pasta.

The heritage Engadin house of Hotel Restorant Central possesses a rich history since 1700. After several ownerships in the past centuries, the House has been owned by Rita, Elvira, Dino and Remo Canova since February 1984.
Engadin houses are renowned for its signature architecture with mighty stonewalls and funnel-shaped windows, as well as its "Sgraffiti" -- an impressive traditional artistic graphic-pastered facades. The best traditions and unique atmosphere of the House have been well-preserved over the many years, presenting its original character and the Engadin heritage to our guests.

Pradera
Bright and welcoming, our Alpine-style Pradera provides a relaxing retreat. Furnished with a fully equipped kitchen, a comfortable living room and a double-bed room, it also comes with a spacious balcony overlooking the church of Samedan and the mountainous landscape.
Balcun
Furnished with an open kitchen in bar style, a comfy living room and a double-bed room, Balcun serves as a homey apartment for your holiday.
Nova
Nova has always been our family guests' favourite. This spacious apartment includes an equipped kitchen, plus an extra bedroom with an extendable bed of two for kids or more guests.
Centralin
Centralin is an independent studio, equipped with a kitchen and a double-bed plus a small living room. Favoured mostly by couples, this studio is a perfect option for either short or long stay.
Terza
Our Terza is equipped with a cosy living room plus a work desk, a kitchen and a double-bed room. The view from the room oversees the church of Samedan and the nearby beautiful mountains.

Make your visit extra special by staying in our 400-year old historic Engadinerhaus! This 3-bed bedroom is perfect for small groups or families, equipped with basic in-room necessities plus a separate shower and toilet on the same floor.
